Over 30 years of experience
representing clients in all aspects of creditors’ rights, commercial
litigation and insolvency matters, with particular emphasis representing
debtors, creditors and trustees in all forms of bankruptcy proceedings.
Former chairman of the
Bankruptcies and Reorganization Committee of the Chicago Bar
Association.
Served on
the panel of trustees for the Northern District of Illinois, in which
capacity he administered numerous bankruptcy proceedings.
